Apollo Galleries & Auction House

We are a renowned Antiquities and Numismatics Gallery and Auction House, seeking a motivated individual to become a vital part of our team.

The primary responsibility will be to meticulously package a variety of antiques and historical artifacts. This role encompasses order processing, as well as generating and organizing essential documentation for each item, including invoices and certificates of authenticity.

Daily tasks will also involve monitoring communications from clients and documenting their requests or inquiries. All procedures are standardized, and comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and capability to handle delicate items;

- Prior experience in packing and customer service is essential;

- Excellent organizational abilities;

- Capacity to work accurately under pressure and adhere to deadlines;

- Team-oriented mindset;

- Proficient English language and communication skills.
