Job Title: Sales Trailblazer

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trailblazer to join our team. As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for promoting our employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Employment Law and Health & Safety Solutions: Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses.
  • Schedule Sales Opportunities: Schedule meetings with business owners and directors to discuss our services and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Work with Business Development Manager: Collaborate with our Business Development Manager to develop a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Sales: Ideally, you will have some experience in sales, whether it's face-to-face or over-the-phone sales.
  • Confident Communication: You will be a confident communicator, able to effectively communicate our services and value proposition to SME businesses.
  • Ambitious and Driven: You will be ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales and achieve your targets.
  • Resilience and Confidence: You will have the resilience and confidence to learn and adapt to new situations, and to continuously improve your sales skills.
  • Target-Based Environment: You will be able to work successfully in a target-based environment, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary between £23,000 - £27,000, dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped Commission: Uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning £70,000+.
  • Work-Life Balance: A 45am-5:30pm Monday-Friday schedule, with no evenings or weekends.
  • Holidays and Bank Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
  • 6-Month Sales Training Program: A 6-month sales training program, with a clear development plan, to support your continuous training and development.
  • Progression Opportunities: Opportunities for progression and career advancement, with a clear career pathway plan.
