Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to take on a specialist role within our Geriatric and Frailty Healthcare Services. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our Frailty and Healthcare for Older People Teams, delivering specialized pharmaceutical care. As the role progresses, there will be chances to engage with a broader spectrum of services dedicated to older adults.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be integral to the development of our services, with opportunities for training in Frailty Services, leadership development, research involvement, and teaching. This role allows for the potential to shape and enhance the service as a Lead Pharmacist for Healthcare for Older People.
