Clinical Pharmacist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Clinical Pharmacy services across a diverse range of wards.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a range of rotations, including Acute Medicine, Gastroenterology/Respiratory, Cardiology/Care of the Elderly, Stroke, and Surgery and Orthopaedics.
- Work with a wider multidisciplinary team, including Medical and Surgical Teams, Specialist Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Nutrition Team, Pain Team, and Hospice.
- Conduct clinical reviews of inpatients, provide clinical advice to other professionals, and facilitate discharge.
- Support the dispensary and contribute to the development of the Pharmacy team.
Opportunities for Development
We offer a supportive environment for professional development, with clearly mapped pathways to broaden your experience and help you progress. Newly Qualified Pharmacists will begin at a Band 6 level, with opportunities to gain funding for a clinical diploma and progress to a Band 7 pharmacist.
