Transformation Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled senior data analyst to join our Performance Team at Bournemouth Borough Council. As a Transformation Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development of transformation-related data and providing insights to inform evidence-based decisions.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to interpret complex data sets. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with operational teams to understand metrics and co-produce data sets that evidence the performance of Adult Social Care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement data analysis tools and techniques to support business objectives.
  • Communicate insights and work alongside the leadership team to understand performance of services.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Support the Performance Team with their ongoing development of advanced analytical and visualisation techniques.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification or experience in a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: £40,221 - £43,421 per annum

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Location: Bournemouth Borough Council
