BOM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BOM Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment Bunker. As a BOM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the control of BOM product documentation and engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the control of BOM product documentation and engineering processes
  • Assist in preparing high-quality, detailed product documents to support production and engineering teams
  • Enter, coordinate, review, and maintain engineering changes
  • Provide service to stakeholders with regards to product documentation
Requirements:
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Good skills with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing workload
  • Strong team player
  • Able to balance multiple and competing deadlines
  • Willingness to support others and work as a team player
  • Positive attitude towards mastering challenges and changes
Desirable Skills:
  • Automotive or manufacturing industry experience
  • Proven experience in document control/configuration management
  • Previous experience in managing changes throughout the product lifecycle and leading the development and maintenance of engineering documents and document changes
  • Familiarity with engineering document control procedures
  • Experience with Active Workspace/PLM systems
