About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Executive to join our Finance Team at Convergence Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient cancellation of customer services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer cancellations with precision and care, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Oversee all processes and procedures related to cancellations, including logging and processing cancellations in our systems and with suppliers.
  • Work closely with customers to gather necessary paperwork and process their requests efficiently.
  • Provide clear and standardized reports to the Sales Team to help resolve customer queries.
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in our systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely and clear communications.
  • Collaborate with the CX department on received cancellations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administration role.
  • Experience of managing orders, cancellations, or other commercial requests.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SME business.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused role.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
  • Bonus points for Excel skills, including Pivots and VLOOKUP.
