Job Summary:
The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the Southwest region. This will involve leveraging sales techniques to drive positive outcomes and achieve team and personal objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling medical products, preferably consumables, and a strong understanding of the NHS structure and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and success in the Southwest region
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders within the NHS
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling medical products, preferably consumables
- Strong understanding of the NHS structure and key opinion leaders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
