Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Team Manager to join our team at Connect2Socialwork. As a key member of our Safeguarding and Children with Disabilities Teams, you will be responsible for leading a small social work team of six, including an Advanced Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-agency planning for children and deliver excellent practice standards within the legal framework to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and families.
- Allocate team workloads and provide case management.
- Provide supervision with approaches to practice that are proportionate to identify risk and need.
Requirements:
- Post-qualified experience in social work.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Drive and have access to a car.

- Competitive starting salary of £53,109 pa that rises to a maximum of £56,151 pa.
- £4,700 pa market supplement.
