Adecco is collaborating with Bentley Motors to find a highly skilled Suspension Engineer to join their dynamic team in Crewe on a full-time ongoing contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop suspension components from concept to final sign-off, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the company to effectively communicate and deliver advanced suspension technology.
  • Conduct DFMEA reviews, plan and manage components and vehicle validations.
  • Utilize expertise in metal & elastomeric components design & material science, NVH, vehicle dynamics, kinematics & mechatronics.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive/engineering or motorsport industries.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Full-time availability and willingness to commit to this ongoing contract.
