Adecco is collaborating with Bentley Motors to find a highly skilled Suspension Engineer to join their dynamic team in Crewe on a full-time ongoing contract.

About the Role

As a key member of the Suspension development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing suspension components from concept to final sign-off, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.

You will work closely with various teams across the company, utilizing your expertise in metal & elastomeric components design & material science, NVH, vehicle dynamics, kinematics & mechatronics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop suspension components from concept to final sign-off
  • Collaborate with various teams across the company
  • Utilize expertise in metal & elastomeric components design & material science, NVH, vehicle dynamics, kinematics & mechatronics
  • Conduct DFMEA reviews, planning and managing components and vehicle validations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive/engineering or motorsport industries
  • Conducting DFMEA reviews, planning and managing components and vehicle validations
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Full-time availability and a willingness to commit to this ongoing contract
