We are seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to lead our dialysis clinics in Gloucester. As a Renal Care Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and meeting financial performance objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Full operational and clinical management of the clinic, maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits.
- Instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
- Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control.
- Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with referring healthcare organizations and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Experience in Haemodialysis and ability to lead nursing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
