Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in the motor industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CFA or CAIA, are a plus.
