  • Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, meet customer needs, and exceed expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in the motor industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CFA or CAIA, are a plus.
