Job Description

We are looking for experienced leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience. As a Deputy Manager at Cricketers Inn, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, coach and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team at Cricketers Inn. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision. You will be a key member of the team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the pub.
