About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Nightingale Hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing in-depth expertise and knowledge of the Mental Health and Mental Capacity Acts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care-plans for patients, ensuring that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that decisions from ward rounds are acted upon and incorporated into the care-plan.
  • Support private-paying patients with individualized care packages, providing a high level of care and attention.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health care.

Requirements
  • A Mental Health Nursing degree and registration with the NMC.
