Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Spa Therapist to join our team at The Retreat at The Londoner Hotel. As an Intermediate Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service and standards are always delivered across the Spa operation. This includes delivering a high standard of spa treatments, providing information and promoting all spa products and treatments, and ensuring that all guests experience an environment centred around wellness and relaxation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of all Spa Treatments within a 5 Star hotel or a luxury spa environment. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and be currently working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy. Additionally, you will have experience of spa and reception booking systems.
