We are seeking an experienced Site Engineering Surveyor to join our team at PWS Technical Services (UK) LTD. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project and site management teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site surveys, including setting out, stockpile measurements, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and monitoring cut and fill progress.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data using GPS and total stations.
- Ensure accurate calculation of cut and fill volumes, aligning actual work with the design model.
- Identify discrepancies or potential issues and collaborate with project teams to address them efficiently.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to construction teams as required.
- Coordinate with project and engineering managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of survey information.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with experience from the civils, earthworks, enabling works, groundworks, or remediation sectors.
- Proficient in GPS Machine Control (Trimble, Topcon, Leica), including the ability to upload models and manage machine setup checks.
- Capable of working independently on-site.
