Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct building and measured surveys to provide accurate and detailed reports
  • Provide expert witness reports and insurance works
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • MRICS status or working towards achieving this status
  • Full driving license
  • Living within commuting distance of Milton Keynes
  • Strong knowledge of expert witness reports and insurance works
  • Experience in dealing with insurance claims, including defect reports, contract administration, and value at risk assessments
  • Experience and knowledge of consulting engineering, surveying, architectural, and planning practices and procedures
  • Experience and understanding of CDM Regs 2015, The Party Wall etc Act 1996, and Building Regs legislation
