About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Trading Support Specialist to join our team at Itarle (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sell-side clients, including Global Investment banks and specialist Brokers, across both European and US hours.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing real-time support, troubleshooting FIX and connectivity problems, evaluating and communicating algorithm performance, and identifying opportunities for up-selling existing Itarle products to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, answering questions about algorithm behavior and performance.
  • Troubleshoot FIX and connectivity issues to ensure seamless trading operations.
  • Evaluate and communicate the performance of algorithms to clients, providing execution consultancy.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling existing Itarle products to clients and identifying new prospects.
  • Communicate client feedback to product teams to help develop and improve our products.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic trading coverage or support, including knowledge of Algorithmic Trading and Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA).
  • Passion for electronic trading and willingness to develop a deep knowledge of the marketplace and our product.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of the FIX protocol and UNIX scripting.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in one of the other EU languages a plus.
