About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Trading Support Specialist to join our team at Itarle. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our sell-side clients, including answering questions about algorithm behavior and performance, covering both European and US hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients on algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis (TCA) related issues
  • Troubleshoot FIX and connectivity problems to ensure seamless trading operations
  • Evaluate and communicate the performance of algorithms to clients, providing execution consultancy as needed
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling existing Itarle products to clients and identify new prospects
  • Communicate client feedback to product teams to help develop and improve our products

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic trading coverage or support, including knowledge of algorithmic trading and TCA
  • Passion for electronic trading and willingness to develop a deep knowledge of the marketplace and our product
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of the FIX protocol and UNIX scripting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in one of the other EU languages a plus
