About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled PPE Category Manager to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and leading category strategies for PPE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements
  • Sourcing new suppliers and managing relationships to ensure optimal performance
  • Negotiating contracts to secure the best possible terms
  • Cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Proven experience in PPE category management or a similar field
  • Track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset and contract negotiation skills
  • Stock control experience is a plus
