About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Branch Advisor. As a key member of our Savings Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service over the counter, over the telephone, and through processing and administering customer queries.
  • Action customer administration activities efficiently and effectively, with great attention to detail, completing all tasks to a high-quality standard.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and a positive customer experience through answering inbound telephone calls and making outbound telephone calls confidently, efficiently, and professionally.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience within a customer service role.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organisation skills.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Team player.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Flexible.
