About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Ophthalmology team. The successful candidate will provide reception cover for our clinics, book appointments, answer patient queries, and perform general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Manage clinic schedules and appointments
  • Answer patient queries and provide information
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Work collaboratively with the Ophthalmology team to ensure smooth clinic operations
Working Pattern

The successful candidate will work a four-day week on a 5-week rolling rota.
