Overview:
Due to substantial investment and growth within the organization, First Recruitment Services is looking to hire a skilled Client Relationship Manager to enhance our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Understanding client requirements and delivering timely quotations based on established service agreements.
  2. Utilizing a management information system to generate precise work instructions, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing projects from inception to completion to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  3. Collaborating with various suppliers to procure project-related materials.
  4. Ensuring accurate invoicing for all completed projects.
  5. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
  6. Meeting monthly service level agreements for both clients and internal operations.
  7. Providing support to other members of the client services team as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, particularly within the print industry.
  • Strong IT and computer proficiency.
