As a Senior Health and Wellbeing Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for health and wellbeing initiatives across the organization. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding senior leadership and operational teams in implementing effective strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive health and wellbeing policies, procedures, guidance notes, and standards.
  • Lead the execution of group-wide health and wellbeing delivery plans, programs, and projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Provide support and guidance to operational teams, empowering them to deliver local health and wellbeing initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with HR and Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) functions to ensure seamless support for clients across all groups and geographies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in organizational health and wellbeing.
  • Analyze data from surveys, audits, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other sources to identify areas for improvement and measure program effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and productivity.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful health and wellbeing strategies within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices related to workplace health and safety.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
