Male Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at Bristol Support Service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Valid DBS check and ability to obtain a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
