Role Overview: The On-Site AV Installation Specialist is responsible for executing and finalizing client installations at various locations, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to quality standards for equipment deployed by the company and other manufacturers as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive commissioning of all equipment at client sites.
  • Provide training to clients on the use of installed systems.
  • Ensure that each installation meets the highest quality standards and fulfills client expectations.
  • Manage on-site tasks effectively, collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure timely project completion.
  • Test, deliver, install, and commission all equipment promptly, following relevant quality control protocols.
  • Complete all necessary commissioning tests and documentation to confirm that systems are operational and meet specifications.
  • Facilitate user training sessions as required.
  • Ensure that all client sign-off documentation is finalized and maintain a clean environment for installation photographs to assist in the handover process.
  • Provide technical support services as needed, including helpdesk assistance and on-site troubleshooting for client-reported issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Record Keeping: Maintain an accurate daily log of all activities and interactions with clients and prospects using the company's CRM system.
