AV Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our team at Live Recruitment. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for managing and operating AV equipment in various event settings, including conferences, exhibitions, and live virtual and hybrid events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate AV equipment, including sound, lighting, and video systems.
  • Communicate effectively with production managers and clients regarding upcoming events.
  • Prep, test, and maintain live event equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when transporting equipment to/from site.
  • Use rental management software to check equipment in and out and assist with stock control.
  • Assist with warehouse maintenance, recycling, and waste management.
  • International travel and onsite installations.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team and gain experience in the technical delivery of live events. We offer excellent training for candidates with the enthusiasm to succeed in this role. Experience in technical elements of event delivery is essential, covering lighting, sound, and video.
