We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our groundbreaking venture in EV battery materials. As Director of Design and Construction for Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and early-stage operations of a facility with an annual output of 100,000 tonnes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring seamless execution and resource allocation.
- Recruitment and Resource Allocation: Lead recruitment efforts and manage resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Implement sustainable and regulatory-compliant processes, identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Reporting and Performance Measurement: Measure project performance and report to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction sectors.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and regulatory requirements.
