Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the public sector
  • Lead and manage a team of building surveyors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in building surveying and project management, preferably in the consultancy space
  • Previous experience in the public sector is preferred
  • MRICS qualification is highly desirable
  • Business development and team management experience is essential
