Director of Building Surveying

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Building Surveying to join our team at TFT Consulting Limited. As a key member of our Dilapidations service line, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy advice to our clients, working with high-profile investor, institutional logistics, and retail clients.
As a commercially focused consultant, you will be expected to help grow our Dilapidations services, maintain and further develop client relationships, and diversify our current service offering. You will be responsible for championing the service line internally, driving improvements to working practices, and promoting the service line externally for new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities will include managing and driving TFT's dilapidations, bringing a profile of technical strength and commercial excellence, and supporting the management and development of the technical team to deliver quality dilapidations services to existing and new clients.
Performance criteria will include relevant degree equivalent qualification and MRICS, hands-on high-quality delivery of technical services, gaining client trust, and attaining financial targets.
