Rygor Auto- Heathrow Truck is seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting technicians with parts needed for vehicle repair, answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs, tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership, and locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with parts needed for vehicle repair
  • Answer phone calls and assist walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs
  • Track all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
  • Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
  • Handle part payment collection and ensure all parts are billed appropriately
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
  • Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced
Requirements
