The Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As the Head of EMEA Performance Marketing, you will develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that aligns with our global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global and regional business objectives.
  • Design and implement localized marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA wealth management technology space.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, client management, services, and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry.
  • Experience in setting clear goals and objectives, and holding vendors or partners accountable for delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA marketing landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, ad platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
