We are seeking an experienced ICT Product Manager to join our team at Legal & General Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and delivering business solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide technical vision and direction to the Application Services Team and associated stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and IT applications and solutions demonstrate value.
- Business Partnership: Act as a liaison between Business Product Owners and relevant teams to ensure the need for IT change is understood and delivered proactively to reduce overall costs and risk.
- Technical Expertise: Have experience of working closely with and influencing project sponsors and project teams to understand the implications of options in relation to developing solutions.
- Communication: Develop and project a positive image of the IT function through interpersonal, written and verbal communications to a wide range of audiences.
- Experience: Have experience of working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT product management and digital transformation.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Have knowledge of Oracle HCM and experience of working with agile delivery paradigms.
