About the Role

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all who enter our department.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties of the role include:
- Registration of patients attending the Emergency Department
- Processing administrative tasks related to patient care
- Providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff
- Liaising with staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assisting with the efficient running of the department and administrative processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative capacity
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
