About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Nouvita. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Facilitate daily hospital activities and ensure a smooth running of the ward.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships with service users, carers, visitors, and staff.
  • Implement the Mental Health Act where necessary and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of local policies and procedures as required.

About Nouvita

Nouvita is a 40-bed hospital in north Hertfordshire that provides specialist psychiatric services for adults. Our hospital has two female PICU (Psychiatric Intensive Care) wards and two acute wards, offering a range of care and support services for women at crisis level and older adults with mental health needs.
