Michelle Simpson HR Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and developing an effective HR function to drive performance across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and Develop HR Function: The HR Manager will be accountable for establishing and developing an effective HR function to drive performance across the organization.
- Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: The successful candidate will build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR is able to support the business objectives.
- Strengthen Employee Experience: The HR Manager will strengthen the employee experience to promote an engaged and motivated workforce.
- Provide HR Advice and Guidance: The successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to the leadership and executive teams on all People-related matters.
- Develop and Implement HR Policies: The HR Manager will develop and implement HR-related policies and be the lead on the following HR disciplines: Employee Relations; Recruitment and Retention; Culture and Engagement; Leadership and Development; and Reward and Recognition.
- Support Business Growth: The successful candidate will support the alignment of different business area structures to support the company's growth strategy.
- Manage Employee Relations: The HR Manager will deal with all employee relations matters in line with employment legislation.
- Manage HR Administration: The successful candidate will manage HR administration processes to ensure all HR records are maintained and in line with GDPR requirements.
- Lead HR Projects: The HR Manager will take ownership of HR KPIs and lead on HR projects.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional at the HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Manager level. They will be commercially focused, astute, and driven to promote positive change. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a standalone capacity and have experience gained within a commercial environment. They will be an effective Business Partner and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
