Position Overview

An excellent opportunity has emerged to become a vital member of our welcoming pre-assessment team.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Pre-Assessment Administrative Team to facilitate the efficient management of administrative tasks:

• Responsible for managing patient admissions and discharges within the relevant digital systems.

• Inputting information into the Hospital IT systems, including PMS, Patient Centre, and Nexus.

• Handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, or directing calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.

• Organizing and filing documentation, as well as scheduling outpatient appointments.

• Collecting, transferring, and tracking patient records.

• Performing any additional clerical responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • A solid educational background, including relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
