We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Audit L&D team on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 12 months.

The successful candidate will have a background in audit and experience in programme development, with a focus on creating high-quality learning content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain quality control of content written by other team members, ensuring learning objectives are met and consistency is maintained.
  • Support the Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance team in evaluating programme metrics and analysing reporting data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with content SMEs and support the delivery of programmes with onsite project management and/or facilitation.
  • Support the design, curation, and creation of technical and non-technical content as part of the Learning Development team.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with previous audit experience.
  • Experience as a Manager (or equivalent) with a background in programme development and audit-technical course content.
  • Prior experience of delivery is beneficial but not essential.
