Job Opportunity for HSE Advisor
We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Searchability NS&D in Southampton. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance on various HSE matters to our clients' employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters to clients' employees
- Support the objectives of clients' HSE management systems and strategies
- Conduct internal audits of HSE management systems
- Deliver comprehensive Health and Safety inductions to new employees
- Collaborate in HSE meetings, working groups, and steering committees to contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
- Participate in or lead HSE investigations as needed
- Manage HSE training requirements and platforms
- Coordinate with HR on occupational health, display screen equipment assessments, and other necessary adjustments
- Assist in EcoOnline reviews and ensure accurate input of employee and environmental data
- Support the planning and execution of external audits, including ISO 45001, 45003, and 14001 management standards
- Ensure proper management and storage of HSE-related documents and artifacts for accessibility by stakeholders
Requirements:
- NEBOSH HSE certificate (essential or working towards)
- Proficiency in functional HSE management systems
