About the Role

Quilter is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Property & Facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in a dedicated Health & Safety role, with a strong understanding of UK H&S legislation and a proven track record of delivering safety performance and monitoring. You will also be responsible for preparing responses to insurers or solicitors in response to any personal injury claims, and preparing and presenting update reports for internal governance forums.

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to manage multiple on-going projects and prioritize workload. If you have a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, and experience in giving H&S support and guidance on a broad range of risk areas, we would love to hear from you.

About You

We value diversity and strive to promote inclusivity in all aspects of our culture. We believe in equal opportunities for all, ensuring that no applicant encounters less favourable treatment based on anything but their skills, qualifications, experience, and potential. We celebrate the unique contributions of a diverse workforce and create a respectful, nurturing environment where every colleague can thrive.

Core Benefits

We offer a range of flexible benefits to our employees, including 182 hours of holiday, a non-contributory company pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection.
