About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team at Grevill House, a 65-bed Care Home in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the care team to deliver high standards of nursing and personal care
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with residents, their families, and the care team
  • Monitor and evaluate care needs, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC pin
  • Post-registration experience with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to evidence continuing professional development activities
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience of or willingness to train in medication administration, catheterization, end of life care, and other relevant skills
