About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Delivery Support Administrator to join our team at Electricity North West. As a vital member of our Major Projects team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects within customer and regulatory timescales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and Updating Project Documentation
    • Ensure all project-controlled documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Verify that all interested stakeholders have the latest versions of project documentation.
  • Project Correspondence and Communication
    • Ensure all project correspondence and communication is issued in line with section and project guidelines.
  • System Administration
    • Issue system work orders and shopping carts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Project Support
    • Assist the Project Lead in updating and maintaining project files.
    • Prepare and issue project reports and registers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
  • Skills and Experience
    • A high level of organization and the ability to prioritize competing workloads.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Previous experience working in an administrative setting.
