Our Major Projects team has an exciting opportunity for a Project Delivery Support Administrator to join them in a dynamic role.

The Project Delivery Support Administrator will provide critical support to the customer, project lead, and project delivery teams throughout each project lifecycle. You will work closely with project leads to ensure the smooth delivery of projects within customer and regulatory timescales, ensuring all relevant documentation, systems, reporting, and communication are accurate and of high quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project documentation and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all interested stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date versions of project-controlled documentation.
  • Coordinate project correspondence and communication in line with section and project guidelines.
  • Assist the Project Lead in updating and maintaining project files, preparing and issuing project reports and registers.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
