We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients with diabetes and complex vascular wounds.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement care pathways for patients with diabetes and complex vascular wounds
- Provide comprehensive specialist assessment, diagnosis, planning, treatment, and implementation of podiatric care
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of new ways of working and improving patient care
- BSc (Hons) Podiatric Medicine or equivalent
- HCPC registration and evidence of continued CPD
- Postgraduate professional training and experience in high-risk wound management
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and carers
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
