Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract in the South Hampshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • Pressure leak tests and fault finding.
  • Compressor changes and brazing.
  • Electrical knowledge and extensive building services experience.
Requirements:
  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2.
  • F-Gas qualification (essential).
  • Electrical knowledge (preferred).
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled and good communication skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of up to £42,000.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-17:00 pm.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Van and fuel card.
  • Tablet and work phone provided.
  • Full company uniform.

  • Travel paid after 30 minutes each way.
