Mobile AC Engineer Job Opportunity

GH Engage Limited is seeking a skilled Mobile AC Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, and chillers.
Possess a good understanding of electrical systems.
Maintain and update log books.
Utilize extensive knowledge of building services.

Benefits:
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Transport & Expenses: Van & Fuel Card, Expenses Card for supplier costs & parts
Travel Time: Paid after 30 minutes each way (full pay if starting before 7:30 AM or finishing after 5:30 PM)
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
Call-Out Rota: 1 in 5 (will extend to 1 in 9/10 as the team grows)
Standby Allowance: £125 when on call
Overtime: Time and a half as standard; double time for weekends after Saturday 1 PM, and during specified hours.

Requirements:
Clean UK Driving License (maximum of 6 points)
4+ years in Building Services & Commercial sites
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Strong communication skills
