About the Role
Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Deliver swimming lessons in a safe and effective manner, ensuring that all students reach their full potential.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a high level of customer service.
- Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times, and ensure that all concerns of a child safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Continuously look for ways to improve our swim lesson programme and better our service to swimmers and customers.
