Swimming Teacher - Southend-on-Sea

As a Swimming Teacher at Fusion Lifestyle, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to a diverse customer base. We are seeking a qualified and experienced swim teacher to join our team and contribute to the success of our swim program.

The ideal candidate will have a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming or an equivalent qualification, and experience teaching swimming to people of all ages and abilities. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to a diverse customer base
  • Prepare lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work that meets the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times
  • Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively
