The Educational Support Facilitator plays a vital role in assisting the Development Workers at Pursuing Independent Paths (PiP) to implement a dynamic and adaptable educational program. This position ensures that participants are fully engaged and able to take advantage of the learning opportunities provided, maximizing their potential for growth and development.

This role involves delivering sessions, tracking and documenting participant progress, and fulfilling key responsibilities such as collaborating with support networks and contributing to PiP's broader initiatives.

Pursuing Independent Paths is a community-focused charity dedicated to empowering adults with learning disabilities or autism to reach their full potential and lead as independent lives as possible.

Our mission is to foster independence and personal growth among adults with learning disabilities. We are a grassroots organization based in West London, offering a variety of essential services to enhance choice and autonomy for our participants.

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or similar vulnerable populations in educational or care environments.

  • A genuine passion for facilitating positive transformations in the lives of our participants.
