This role involves delivering sessions, tracking and documenting participant progress, and fulfilling key responsibilities such as collaborating with support networks and contributing to PiP's broader initiatives.
Pursuing Independent Paths is a community-focused charity dedicated to empowering adults with learning disabilities or autism to reach their full potential and lead as independent lives as possible.
Our mission is to foster independence and personal growth among adults with learning disabilities. We are a grassroots organization based in West London, offering a variety of essential services to enhance choice and autonomy for our participants.
Qualifications and Skills Required- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or similar vulnerable populations in educational or care environments.
- A strong dedication to person-centered support and advocacy.
- A genuine passion for facilitating positive transformations in the lives of our participants.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proactive attitude, energy, and initiative.
- A calm, creative approach to problem-solving and challenges.
Benefits We Provide:
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with flexible leave options throughout the year.
